Your initiative, enthusiasm and 'can-do' attitude will make a significant impact during this 4+ month fixed-term contract, building connections across the business and with numerous external stakeholders.This role is suited to someone looking for short-term full-time work or those on working holiday visas.What You'll Be Working On:Managing the new starter and leaver processMaintaining office tidiness and organisation, including the stock of stationery and kitchen supplies, office repairs, and arranging cleaning and facilities maintenanceMeeting and greeting visitors and clientsOrganising and issuing mail and cheques by a strict deadline, and booking domestic and international couriersProviding executive support to our Head of APAC and Chief Financial Officer in the form of calendar management, creation of travel bookings and itineraries, and coordinating our 'Town Hall' and 'Sharing Sessions'.What Will Help You Be Successful:Experience in a similar office administration role is desirable, however full training will be providedStrong verbal and written communication, time management and organisation skillsAdvanced ability in Microsoft Outlook and intermediate ability in Word, Excel and PowerPointAvailability to work full-time until 22nd August 2025The Things We Live By:CMC Markets is powered by our people.
