The Groups and Venues: All GM roles are part of multi-facet and multi-venue groups that are well-known in the Sydney market, we have everything from late night fun vibes to family focused to sportsbar style positions available. The Role: You will be exposed to different operations and aspects of the business which will help you to advance in your career and growth. You will oversee bars, dining outlet, functions, gaming and all staffing requirements, all reported to the Group operations manager. You will also have the chance to lead a team of professionals and train any new candidates. You will be exposed to costing, P&L and KPI's as well as ordering stock, performing regular stock takes and general BOH. To be considered for this job you will need : Years of experience in a management role. Have a supportive and positive management style. Experience in food and functions. Must have gaming experience. Exceptional communication skills. Self motivated and able to lead from the front. Must be hands on and able to multi task. Solid financial knowledge. Work well under pressure and adapt to change.
