Located at our Hibiscus Nambour, your day will see you working in picturesque surrounds, with quality amenities and a lively community that sets the backdrop for an enviable workplace.
An exciting opportunity awaits an energetic Village Manager on a part-time basis. This role requires 30 hours a week, with flexible scheduling options: either 4 days with full-time hours or 5 days with part-time hours.

* Realise the Opportunities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the village, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, attend and take minutes during the quarterly advisory board meetings.

* Find the Fun: Plan and oversee a variety of engaging activities, from themed dinners and movie nights to gardening clubs and fitness classes. Creativity and fun are your middle names!
* Lead with Heart: Lead a passionate team of staff who share your commitment to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.
Who You Are:
* A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors.
* An energetic and enthusiastic leader who can juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
* Creative, with a knack for planning fun and engaging activities.
* Experienced in operational village management, with strong organizational, consultative, and negotiation skills.
* Experienced in strata management, property management, procurement, and contract management is advantageous.
* Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of retirees.
* Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace.
* Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet).
The successful candidate will have or be willing to complete their First Aid, CPR Certificates, and driver's license with own transport.
