Relationship Director, Australia LHH

We are looking for a talented Relationship Director to join our Sydney or Melbourne team. This could be the perfect opportunity if you are a highly driven sales professional with experience selling strategically to senior human resource leaders.

In this role you can expect to
Asthe newRelationship Director, you will
4. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of blue-chip customers.
5. Sell leadership development solutions into new organisations within A&NZ.
6. Partner closely with the LD Solutions Director, SDR and team of CT&M Sellers.
Major Responsibilities:Sales Planning
7. Develops overall sales for assigned new business prospects and for revenue growth in current clients. Activities include:
8. Analysis of local market opportunity and LHH market share
9. Recommendation of strategies for LHH's lines of business within LD
10. Implementation planning and execution
11. Quarterly review to determine progress
Direct Sales
12. Ultimate responsibility for meeting assigned revenue and profitability targets for LHH's LD line of business
13. Provides regular updates to Sales Director ANZ with regard to sales activity including client visits, current client updates, ongoing account proposals, win/loss record with details, conversion and engagement rates, pipeline reports and progress toward quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
14. Proactively partners with various Subject Matter Experts within LHH to ensure a ‘total-solutions’ approach to the sales process
15. Coordinates closely with Operations and Delivery Team and Customer Success Team on delivery of local and national client projects
16. Writes proposals, creates and presents winning client presentations, leads RFP response process and follows national pricing guidelines
17. Works with Finance to maintain acceptable levels of account receivables with client
Marketing
18. Contributes the ‘voice of the customer/market’ to ensure that marketing activities support sales strategies and priorities
19. Increases local awareness of LHH through active participation within the community and industry related organizations.

20. Continually seeks professional development opportunities and self-improvement activities.
21. Proactively manage your sales pipeline by fully utilising all systems and processes (including SalesForce)
