Team and Talent Coordinator / Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Team and Talent Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our team in Brisbane.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and administer recruitment & selection activities, ensuring legislative compliance.
* Prepare contracts, correspondence, and execute induction processes for new team members.
* Develop tailored Professional Development Pathways for team members to enhance their skills.
* Arrange events, manage stock orders, and oversee daily tasks of the nominated cleaner to maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
Candidate Criteria:
* Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources (or related field).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Team and Talent roles.
* Strong coordination and administration skills.
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite.
* Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of People Management Systems.
