In this pivotal role and your key responsibilities will include:Conducting bank reconciliations and managing cash flowOverseeing hedging and foreign exchange activitiesPreparing and analysing sales and purchasing budgetsPerforming P&L reviews and conducting margin and variance analysisManaging inventory control and forecastingReviewing expenditures to identify and implement cost-saving strategiesDeveloping cost models for current and future projectsHandling accounts payable and receivablePreparing month-end reports and evaluating performance for management discussionsManaging payroll functionsPreparing PBT and company tax returnsAbout You: We're looking for someone who has:Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance roleProficiency with Xero accounting softwareStrong Excel skills and familiarity with the MS Office SuiteA solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principlesExceptional attention to detail, with strong time management and organisational skillsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh accuracy in data entry and record-keepingWhat's on Offer?
