Facilitate diversity and inclusion training and workshops.
Monitor, evaluate and report on the success and impact of diversity and wellbeing initiatives.
Keep abreast of diversity and wellbeing trends and legislation to ensure the organisation remains compliant and progressive.
Advocate for the organisation's commitment to diversity and wellbeing both internally and externally.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the following: Previous experience in a HR generalist or specialist position.
Demonstrated experience of executing diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategies.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
