More About the Role at Hands On IT **Internship program** ====================== What you will be doing: - You will be communicating with end users in a professional, supportive environment to provide IT support/consultation face-to-face and via email.
- Attend IT meeting with planning strategist, senior techs, stakeholders to discuss IT projects, document and report to your manager.
- Construct, update IT technical documents: network diagram, server topology, heatmap, etc.
- Obtain troubleshooting skills through working hands on and being mentored by our senior staff.
- Working side-by-side with our senior techs while enjoying access to latest enterprise technologies: Cisco 9000s, - Manage workflow, support tickets, various IT operations.
- Participate in IT projects: implement system policy, upgrade network infrastructure, deploy new hardware What you will learn with us: - Customer service, consultation, workflow management skills.
- Networking skills: configure, troubleshoot wide range of switches Unify, Cisco, Aruba.
Understand and deploy VLANs, STP, - Server infrastructure: Active Directory, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, Fileshare, Print management, ADFS, NPS, ADCS, SCCM - Microsoft 365: Admin center, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Sharepoint admin center, Teams - Virtualisation technologies: Nutanix HCI, Microsoft Failover cluster, S2D, HyperV, - Mobile Device management: Intune, JamF, Mosyle, ASM, Meraki - Peripheral and IoT devices: VOIP, PBX, CCTV, - Employment opportunity (so far, 80% of our interns took up positions in our workforce)
