The Project Administrator will be key in coordinating and supporting the development of our OTC services and APP. This role ensures smooth operations across all project phases, including planning, execution, and delivery, while maintaining effective communication and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes Manage project records, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements Compile data for progress tracking and performance metrics (KPIs) Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders Address inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure project continuity Monitor resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of time, budget, and manpower Support procurement of project-related tools, materials, and licenses Maintain an inventory of project-related assets Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 1+ years of experience in project administration or a similar role Experience in technology, fintech, or digital exchange projects is a plus Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Loop, Confluence, etc.) Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines Knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes in financial services is advantageous Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) Basic understanding of app development or OTC platforms is desirable Benefits
