What you'll bring to this role Tertiary Qualification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Experience within the Education sector, preferably coordinating placements or student experience programs.Proven ability to use excellent communication and customer service skills to maintain successful partnerships with multiple stakeholder groups.High level of interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.Demonstrated organisational, time management and prioritisation skills, with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Strong sense of proactivity and responsibility, being able to take initiative and problem-solve when required.Advanced critical thinking and decision-making skills, with ability to work with minimal supervision.High computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite.Highly desirable – experience with placement management program (Eg.SONIA) and/or CRMs.Commitment to equity and social justice principles.
