Description Location: Melbourne – Yarra Falls In this position, you’ll be based in Melbourne, Yarra Falls office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. You will work closely with the Value Stream Lead to build and deliver cutting-edge customer and client-facing digital applications. You will have a background in either consulting, financial institutions, or fintech; and a strong background delivering innovative digital solutions, product management, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable tasks. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Translate business goals and user needs into a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation program Gather and document detailed product requirements from stakeholders, including customers, clients, and internal teams Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, testers, and marketers to ensure successful product delivery Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations Oversee the product development process, from initial concept through to launch and post-launch iterations What will you bring to the role?
