As the Executive Assistant, you will provide direct support to the Executive Officer and Deputy Commissioner.
Key responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for the Deputy Commissioner, including receiving and making phone calls, arranging meetings, making videoconference bookings, greeting visitors, organising catering, manage corporate events and other logistics.Providing high level administrative and coordination support, including managing and organising meetings, briefings and events and anticipating and managing competing commitments.Administering finance support (including corporate credit card acquittals), and advising, arranging, and reconciling travel in line with the department's travel policy for staff on request.Assist with drafting material for the Deputy Commissioner, including internal and external correspondence, emails, briefs, speeches, presentations.Provide secretariat support for weekly meetings, including compiling the agenda, disseminating papers, taking minutes and following up actions.Undertaking a broad range of other corporate and administrative support functions as required.About you You're a strong administrator with extensive experience working as an Executive Assistant in a virtual and remote environment.
You'll be able to demonstrate your expertise in the use of MS Suite, including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel along with SharePoint and TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere as the core FMIS.
Your day to day will include:
