We are seeking your all-round administration skills for an upcoming temporary assignment commencing 21/10/2024 in Ipswich. Working with a well-established, global company, this role will provide administration support to the accounts payable, accounts receivable and travel teams, together with reception duties (including answering calls, electronic recordkeeping and general clerical tasks).
We understand that there is a likelihood that this role will be appointed permanently in the future, providing potential for longer term prospects. If you are seeking an opportunity to work close to home (with on-site car parking), this could be ideal.
To support your application, you should demonstrate:
Solid all-round administration experience (including some prior experience in accounts processing)
Confidence learning and using new technology with intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
Strong attention to detail
Team player approach (this role will require you to multi-skill across administration, accounts and reception duties)
Availability to commence 21/10/2024 and work Monday to Friday
