Laser Plumbing Orange is a leading provider of high-quality plumbing services in Orange, NSW. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Responding to phone calls and emails from customers, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Administrative Support: Data entry, maintaining accurate customer records, preparing invoices and processing payments, managing inventory and ordering supplies, general office administration duties as required.
* Scheduling: Scheduling appointments for plumbing services with customers, coordinating technician schedules and ensuring optimal planning, managing emergency service calls and dispatching technicians promptly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Xero.
* Experience with SimPro (desirable).
* Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good time management and ability to prioritise effectively.
