We are excited to offer the role of Finance Manager – Strategic Revenue Management.
This unique role predominately focuses on continued revenue growth and margin expansion to deliver our strategic objectives.
This role will work closely with the Group Brand and Innovation and Communications team to assess the health of our product pipelines, reporting on our Consumer Growth Pillars (CGP), working with Innovation Delivery Management to standardise our ways of working and liaising with the ANZ team on topics such as pricing (shelf and promotional pricing, annual price reviews) and improvement of return on investment (ROI) behind our trade and non-trade investments.
This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager – Strategic Revenue Management with an expectation to work from office at least 3 days and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities include: Drive key revenue management processes, which includes, using big data for price and promotion optimisation, global innovation sufficiency and performance tracking with Innovation Delivery Managers in the creation of standardised tools and training regional finance counterparts on these solutions.
Create financial models to guide pricing decisions centred on consumers path to purchase, competitive position, and customer margin requirements.
Provide financial modelling support to new or changes to existing Go-To-Market models.
Build internal capability by creating and deploying an SRM toolbox on promotion ROI and margin management.
Track portfolio and innovation performance monthly and understand the key financial and commercial drivers of performance.
Provide monthly reports on budgets status for BIC and lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to closure.
Assist in Ad-hoc projects as required.

Possess a professional accounting qualification (ie CPA, CA, CIMA or others) is preferred.
Education requirement of at least a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce and other related fields At least 5 years of previous work experience in pharmaceutical, fast moving consumer goods, consumer healthcare or related industries in either a sales, revenue, finance or pricing analyst type of role.
Possess good financial acumen and commercial capability.
A strong communicator who is adeptly able to work cross functionally, influence and build deep relationships.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with high levels of analytical ability Fast learner and loves working with large data sets, ambiguity and proficient in using different financial reporting systems.
Proficiency in a second language other than English is advantageous.
