About the role This senior leadership position offers a unique chance to support our newly elected Lord Mayor and Deputy Lord Mayor. You will lead a dedicated team of strategic advisors and administrative support, ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the Lord Mayor’s Office. Your role will involve: Proactively managing emerging concerns and issues. Engaging with government agencies, community members, and specialist groups on complex political matters. Seeking opportunities for enhanced partnerships beneficial to CoM. Leading operational effectiveness by implementing new ways of working and managing the departmental budget.
