About the Role:
Our store in Goulburn Square is looking forCook/Kitchen Team Member to create and deliver The Coffee Club meal experience through perfect execution and care. You will be across all back-of-house operations providing Good Food and Great Service.
Responsiblities:
Cook/Kitchen Team Member
* Cook food as per Coffee Club menu and recipe
* Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is in alignment with Food Safety requirements and general hygiene practices
* Preparation, replenishment & rotation of stock in the kitchen
* Operate, maintain & clean all kitchen equipment and cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant
* Washing dishes
* Ensuring all kitchen areas remain clean and tidy (i.e. food preparation area, dish area)
* General assistance employees who are cooking
* Assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking
* General pantry duties
* Limited or incidental duties associated with collection of dirty dishes and store cleaning.
Weekend and Christmas availability is must
