The Position:
This is a fast-paced role supporting one of the most dynamic Agents in the area, that is second to none!
1. Working in a successful team of 3;
2. Diary Management/organise appointments
3. Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
4. Attending meetings with photographers, stylists and buyers
5. Liaise with vendors and buyers
6. Database entry and management
7. Client relationships and management
8. Preparing Vendor reports
9. Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process
10. Open home follow up
11. Auction and open-home preparation
12. Conducting pre-settlement inspections
13. Preparing marketing collateral
14. General administration duties

To be considered for the role you will:
21. 2+ years recent experience in real estate
22. Certificate of registration - essential
23. High level of communication and attention to detail
24. Strong organisational skills
25. Solid written & verbal communication skills
26. Outstanding telephone manner & time management
27. Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
28. Well-presented
29. Valid driver's licence
