MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENTWe have been engaged by a well-known business to assist in securing an HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM Cloud) for an immediate 4-month contract - remote within Australia.The HRIS Analyst will support HR operations by ensuring the smooth execution of existing business processes within our client's Oracle Cloud HCM system. This role focuses on primarily providing functional and technical support for Oracle Performance Management and Workforce Compensation modules, troubleshooting system issues, validating data accuracy, supporting report requests, and assisting HR teams with system navigation and reporting.Experience that we are ideally looking for:3+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Performance Management and Workforce Compensation modules.Proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and data analysis to identify trends and ensure accuracy.Facilitate and monitor existing annual business processes within the system, ensuring alignment with HR policies and timelines.Partner with HR Centres of Excellence teams to understand requirements and, as needed, provide system functionality guidance and updates.Support annual performance, goal setting, merit cycle, and ad-hoc compensation activities, ensuring accuracy in processing and system-generated reports.Relationship management and influencing skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-directed and motivated to achieve outcomes.Team player and collaborative.Strong planning and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work, deal with competing demands, manage time effectively and ensure completion of tasks.If you have previous Oracle Fusion HCM project experience and are looking for a new challenge - get in touch.Location: Level 7, 341 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000
