Business Development Manager Bakery & Food ServiceWho are Bakels?Specialising in manufacturing of quality bakery ingredients and frozen products for both the bakery and supermarket industry, Bakels is a technical based global company whose objective is to assist our customers develop, produce and sell bakery products.What is the role?The Business Development Manager in Bakery and Food Service will build and maintain high performance sales and growth to effectively achieve business objectives within the given accounts in the Bakery/Foodservice Channel of Australian Bakels.Crucial to this growth will be the ability to identify and execute initiatives that lead to Incremental Sales.Some Responsibilities are:Achieve overall gross dollar sales and kilograms sales, and net revenue targets.Assume responsibility for all budgets within the Food Industrial Manufacturers, Bakery and Foods Service to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets are reviewed with action plans implemented to identify projected shortfalls.Work with the Planning Manager on forecasting, and the forward plan to mitigate risk and agree on gap closing opportunities with the Head of Sales.What you need is:Minimum 3-5 years' experience in State Accounts and End User Accounts B2B or private label.Excellent relationship building skills.High level of communication skills.Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of the drivers to create value.Solid negotiation skills with the understanding of trading variables to influence the sale.Customer-focused mindset providing a high level of customer service.Analytical skills to evaluate sales trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.Minimum intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.A valid driver's license.If you feel you meet the above criteria, then we would like to hear from you.Interested?Click the Apply button today!Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.No Agencies Please.#J-18808-Ljbffr
