Your Team
You will be part of a passionate Directorate team that ensures our services are meaningful, culturally informed, and responsive to the needs of Anangu women and their families. Working closely with Directors, this team amplifies the voices of Anangu women, shaping every decision.
Your Key Responsibilities
The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to the CEO, leading the transformation of our corporate services. Key responsibilities include:
* Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency by implementing transformative projects, overseeing key functions like HR, IT, and administration, ensuring smooth and sustainable operations.
* Leadership: Inspire and mentor the senior management team to achieve excellence, building a collaborative, positive, and mission-driven culture.
* Strategic Vision: Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and Directors to shape and execute a forward-looking strategic plan, monitoring and refining operational strategies to boost performance.
* Financial & Risk Management: Partner with the CFO to ensure financial health, regulatory compliance, and risk management, coordinating audits and implementing recommendations to enhance systems.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, representing corporate services in board meetings and other key forums.
* Team & Culture Development: Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative workplace that champions diversity and our mission.
