They arepart of a national organisation that provides healthcare and diagnostic services to patients across Australia.The Role In your role as Collections Lead you will supervise and lead a team of pathology collectors across 30 Accredited Collection Centres. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the collection centres, ensuring that procedures are followed, resources are allocated efficiently, and that the centres meet regulatory and accreditation standards. While your focus would be on managing the team, you may also engage with patients to address concerns, improve their experience, and ensure they receive proper care during their visits. You will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively and maintain high standards of patient care.
