Job Title: 2nd Line Support Technician
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team in Deeside, providing exceptional onsite 2nd Line support to our customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective onsite support for mixed hardware and software issues
* Utilize proficiency in Windows tech stack, including O365, to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
* Operate ServiceNow Ticketing System to manage support requests
* Work closely with end users via face-to-face engagement in a customer-facing environment
* Collaborate with multiple central London locations as required
Requirements:
* Minimum 500 words
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proven experience working in 2nd line support within the IT sector
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and O365
* Ability to work onsite in Deeside (no relocation)
* Right to work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with full PC rebuilds
* Previous work on decommissioning and packaging of devices
* Mac skills
Salary: £130 per day
Contract Length: Initially 9 months, with possible extensions based on workload inside IR35
