What you need to become our newest Change Management Consultant Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies : Aligning with the Cprime | Elabor8 Change Management Framework, addressing the people side of transformations, including developing and running change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies to meet our clients’ business objectives.
Guide Senior Leaders and Executives : Help them fulfill the critical role of change management sponsor and support people leaders as they help their teams through change.
Create and Support Change Agent Networks : Help integrate change management activities within Change Agents areas, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
Drive Active Stakeholder Engagement : Ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organisation.
Monitor and Evaluate the Effectiveness of Change Initiatives : Implement data-driven approaches to track the value and success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Embody Continuous Improvement : Feedback into the continuous improvement of change management practices at Cprime | Elabor8.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments.
Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools.
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
A systems thinking and pro-active approach to problem-solving.
Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.
Deep understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
Flexibility to manage both large-scale organisational transformation changes (for example: full end to end agile transformations) and the implementation of smaller change initiatives (for example: tooling changes).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.
