We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team, who is ready to take the lead on exciting projects.
You will provide support to the Marketing and Business Development team (and other stakeholders) to build and strengthen Civeo’s brand, both internally and externally. Your primary duties will include developing marketing communications materials and documents that represent Civeo’s brand.
Key Responsibilities –
1. Design and format corporate marketing materials consistent with Civeo brand standards, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications
2. Internally promote and engage with stakeholders to proactively seek to brand align all documentation across our organisation
3. Maintain Civeo’s visual identity and branding to ensure all internal and external content is being presented consistent with the company’s brand guidelines
4. Write marketing briefs
5. Develop and maintain marketing materials
6. Coordinate, develop and edit video content for marketing and communication purposes
7. Assist in coordination of internal and external events
8. Management of social media consisting of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram corporate pages and other formats as required
Qualifications –
9. Appropriate qualifications in Marketing and Graphic Design
10. Tertiary qualified
Skills and Experience –
11. 8 years + working in a similar role
12. A marketing generalist with good knowledge, experience and interest in many areas of the marketing matrix
13. Sound knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and a flair for design preferred
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. An understanding of operational and business needs
16. Excellent attention to detail and time management
17. Strong collaboration and team communication
