With a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, you will have close working relationships with the Sales and Client Experience teams.You are generally expected to work 08.30-17.00 (local time) from Monday to Friday, however we provide a high amount of flexibility and alternative working hours can be agreed with your manager. As flexibility is a two-way street, you will also agree to work outside typical office hours when working with others across time zones. We practice a hybrid working model so a mixture of working from home and the office is standard for this role. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Project management of psychometric assessment processes, i.e., client brief, candidate contact and support, arrangement of appointments, and administration of assessmentsPreparation of psychometric appraisal reports in line with Talogy standards and within pre-determined timeframesDelivery of feedback to clients on candidate psychometric resultsDelivery of feedback to candidates on psychometric assessment resultsDelivery of 360-degree surveys including participant contact, data management, and report generationDelivery of 360-degree survey feedback to participantsDelivery of exit surveys including candidate contact, data management, individual reports, and group analysis / reportingLead the design and project management of organisational surveys (and any other client surveys) including system design, respondent management and support, data analysis, and reportingDesign and deliver training workshops e.g., Psychometric accreditation courses, leadership, and employee development programsOther project support as requiredAccount Management (20%)This role will support client enquiries, provide technical support, and will assist in the ongoing and proactive leadership of client relationships. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Expert user of the relevant Psychometric Assessment Systems (such as TalogyTech), including credit updates, upgrades, norm development, user notifications, raising technical issues via 'support tickets'Be a key 'Technical' contact person for resolving psychometric system issuesAll client records, case notes and communication maintained to the highest level as agreed in discussion and with feedback from your line manager (on CRM, H drive, Timesheets, SharePoint, etc.)Be a key point of contact for client queries and proactive support in engaging with clients on a monthly basisManagement of client account plans and reviews including scheduling and presentation development (including client analysis)Business Development and Marketing (25%)This role will also focus on the management of client enquiries and will support in the delivery of business development and marketing activities as required. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Initial client enquires managed, including a detailed 'client brief' and responded to with relevant product / service informationProactive identification and targeting of business development opportunities, including research, client calls and meetings/presentationsEffective communication and collaboration with Client Experience representativesDevelopment of client proposals and tenders and support the Sales team in doing the sameAttend, and at times present at relevant networking and corporate events (e.g., AHRI, APS, etc.)Support with the development of suitable marketing materials for client presentations, newsletters, case studies, project management of events, such as client presentations, conference presentations, webinarsSupport in other business development / marketing activities as requiredCorporate and Administrative Support (15%)This includes maintaining professional conduct within the organisation, undertaking general administrative duties as required, and ensuring current systems and processes are managed effectively, reviewed, and developed as required.
