WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join the team. The right candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment conducting aerial firefighting and flood response, crew/equipment transport, reconnaissance, search and rescue, disaster mitigation and related operations in support of emergency services. They must have a strong focus on safety and customer service.
The role requires flexibility and working away from home base at short notice and offers competitive salary and an emphasis on work/ life balance on offer.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently recruiting qualified Sikorsky S-70 Aircraft Maintenance staff to be part of our Bankstown NSW team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Inspect, repair and maintain aircraft systems and components
2. Carry out scheduled inspections
3. Troubleshoot aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems to identify problems and adjust and repair systems according to current data
4. Ensure that work sheets, logs, tracking updates and other required records are complete and submitted in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS:
5. Current CASA Aircraft Engineer license with B1.3 or B2 category, or working toward
6. Experience with Sikorsky S-70 or UH-60
7. CASA or DASA S-70 Type Rating preferred
8. Experience with and in-depth knowledge of applicable maintenance directives, maintenance data reporting, using technical orders
