Key Responsibilities:
* Leasing Administration: Process rental applications, prepare lease documentation, and schedule property viewings and lease signings.
* Customer Service: Provide professional reception duties, handle renter and landlord enquiries, and manage general office email communications.
* Office Operations: Coordinate office administration, maintain supplies, answer and direct phone calls, and maintain organised filing systems.

* Agent's Representative Certificate
* Strong administrative and customer service skills
