If you have experience in the building and construction materials industry and are motivated to drive results, we want to hear from you!Monitor KPI trends (Conversion/Win Rate, Percentage Orders Specified, Specified Conversion/Win Rate)Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to showcase our unique offerings and value proposition.Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand visibility and credibility within the NSW market.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt strategies and position us as a leader in innovative building materials.Customer education, ordering and application advice transfer including liaison with the customer service team.Skills & Experience Needed 3+ years' experience in Account or Sales Management in Construction is advantageous, specifically with Roofing or Cladding backgrounds.Ability to engage and probe customers to ensure their true needs are determined and provide optimal solutions.Highly autonomousProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in managing sales pipelines and reporting.Knowledge of NSW building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements is a plus.Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting.Understanding the sales cycle with the ability to close smaller sales.Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.Current Australian Driver's License.Salary and Benefits Base $110,000 - $125,000Additional 11.5% superannuationCompany VehicleOne day a week in the officeCommission StructureCareer progression opportunities.Family friendly procedures.How to Apply Click APPLY or you can send your resume in word format to ******.
