Our client provides Industrial Electrical and Industrial Engineering services to large multinational companies, local businesses and government agencies undertaking large and small projects, across Australia.
Reporting to the project manager, you will be responsible for aiding the Project Manager in carrying out their duties, including planning, overseeing, and leading projects from idealization through to completion. As an assistant to a Project Manager, a Technical Officer's role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, often involving managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

* Ability to work within a fast-paced, high standards environment.
* Ability to manage competing operational priorities to ensure all operational time frames and client expectations are met.
* Good understanding of budget management, project management, and project financial management.
* Relevant degree or diploma and at least three years’ experience in a similar project management role.
* Keen attention to detail with sound judgment skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
* Commitment to continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to foster the required RCE culture.
* Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment physical.
* A positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety.
