Working closely with hiring managers across the University, you will provide support and guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring all recruitment activity is conducted in line with CDU's policies and procedures. You will supervise a small team of People Services Officers, ensuring the team stays on top of a high volume of queries and requests, and will provide HR advice and support to stakeholders across the University for all HR operational activity, including the establishment of new positions, reclassification of positions, contract amendments, and contract extensions.About YouTo be successful, you will require:Proven experience in HR Administration in a large organizationDemonstrated understanding of employee life cycle processesAdvanced user capability with LinkedIn, and a range of online job boardsExcellent time management skills and capacity to organise workloads with minimal supervision to meet regular and conflicting deadlinesCreative thinker and proactive problem solverRemunerationAppointment to this role will be at Professional Level 7.
