The Role
We are looking for a Pizza Sous Chef to join our team at Coogee Pavilion in a full-time role. You will work closely with Merivale pizza maestros Vincenzo Biondini and Sara Masi on product development and menu changes.
What makes you a great fit for this role:
1. 3+ years’ experience as a Pizza Chef.
2. Proficient working with a wood-fired pizza oven and hand stretching dough.
3. Creating Neapolitan style pizzas from scratch including pizza bases and sauces.
4. Experience with high-volume and managing junior staff.
5. Great communication and a team player.
6. Professional with a good attitude and attention to detail.
7. Well-presented and comfortable working in an open kitchen.
