We are excited to offer the role of a Senior Cyber Security Business Analyst.The Senior Cyber Security Business Analyst will own the business and technical requirements as well as provide assurance across the Cyber Program to ensure that deliverables meet the program’s requirements.This role is a 12 months fixed term based in Braeside, Victoria and is expected to adhere to our workplace flexibility of working at least 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. The onsite requirement is because they will liaise between internal and external stakeholders to ensure there is alignment between project objectives, scope, requirements and end solution implementation including requirements traceability tracking.What we offer?This role will be accountable to ensure all business and technical requirements across the Cyber Program are effectively captured and delivered upon.Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave.A socially responsible work environment, on track to be carbon neutral by 2030.Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products.Mental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program.Responsibilities include:Gathering / defining business and technical requirements across the Cyber Program particularly covering operational technology in both warehousing and manufacturing.Engineering new operational processes, service transition documentation and RACI matrices for the new capabilities that will be delivered through the program.Working independently with stakeholders to capture use cases, requirements (Functional & Non-Functional) and define processes.Defining new policies, standards and procedures for the new security capabilities the program is delivering.Working with change management on embedding the new processes within the organisation’s business units.Providing assurance across the program deliverables to ensure the defined requirements are met and validated.Adherence to all Blackmores governance, standards and policies.Who are you?At least 8 years or more of experience in similar roles of working in a Security Operations Centre or equivalent or working on large Cyber Security uplift programs (i.e experience with Vulnerability Management, Network Access Control, Data Loss Prevention, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Operation Centre (SOC).Strong knowledge of Cyber Security Controls, IT Infrastructure and Network practices.Experience in implementing the following capabilities: Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Network Security, Security Information & Event Management and Security Operation Centre.Strong knowledge of Functional Design principles and patterns.Experience using the NIST and ITIL frameworks.Relevant technical qualifications for examples (CISSP, CISM, etc.).Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage, with extensive reach across Asia Pacific.
