As the Service Manager at Pacific Gympie, you are part of the Pacific Gympie Dealership group with three locations between Gympie and the Sunshine Coast and, are involved with brands such as Hyundai, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, GWM, Honda, JAC and Good Year Autocare. To be a successful applicant you must have current or recent experience as a Service Manager in a multi-franchise environment. Additionally, you will have strong process and organisational skills, and enjoy motivating and driving a large team to reach their potential whilst being profit and customer-satisfaction driven. Salary is negotiable and based on experience but is expected to start at approximately $95,000, plus superannuation and a car. On Target Earnings can be expected to reach $120,000 plus. What will you be responsible for? Managing the entire day-to-day operations of a busy service department. Tracking, reporting and meeting sales targets and KPIs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and franchise representatives. Engaging in individual professional development and training. Coordinating professional development and training for all team members. Strong conflict management and resolution - positive, professional and proactive. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure staff adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures. Implement and continue employee performance reviews. Understand and analyse the key performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, unapplied time, labour sales, labour gross profit, labour sales/repair orders and expenses).
