About the role:
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our national contact centre. As the voice of KinCare, you will be required to direct incoming customer calls and assist with a wide range of queries, whilst ensuring each customer's experience is of the highest quality.
We offer a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our Bella Vista office and 3 days from home!
What else you can expect:
* Full-time permanent position
* 5 days additional annual leave once you reach your 12 month anniversary with KinCare
* Working hours between 12.30pm-9pm (AEST time) Monday to Friday.
* 1 weekend shift every 4-6 weeks

About you:
You will be empathetic, with exceptional communication and customer service skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
Experience working in a call centre is advantageous, but not essential if you are a quick and eager learner. Strong computer skills are essential, and demonstrated experience with CRM systems is required.
Additionally, you will have strong time-management and organisational skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
