About the role: The Conduct & Integrity Administrator plays a key role in supporting UNSW College's commitment to a safe, respectful, and ethical learning environment.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support for student conduct, integrity, and appeal matters, ensuring compliance with UNSW College policies and relevant industry legislation.
The role involves record keeping, case management, coordination of investigations, and communication with students and staff whilst always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
This is an impactful role which will influence student experience and help improve student outcomes.
Currently the in-office days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday About the Department: The Conduct & Integrity Administrator is part of the Department of Students.
The focus of the Department of Students is to empower and support students through their academic journey, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that helps students to succeed.
The department plays a key role in the student journey and is dedicated to enhancing the overall student experience, ensuring seamless transitions, and providing comprehensive assistance to help students thrive academically, socially, and personally.
The essential criteria for this role: • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in administration, student support, or compliance.
• You are detail oriented with strong organisational and administrative skills.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You can engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• You work independently but enjoy collaborating with others.
