Working in a culturally diverse environment, providing contemporary and evidence-based psychology services Develop, plan and conduct therapy sessions within the participants' natural environment that aligns with a person-centred and strengths-based model Balance a clinical caseload and lead the daily operational needs of the Psychology team while providing clinical supervision and supporting the psychology team members Provide education to family members, educators and support staff regarding ways to support participants What’s in it for you? Tertiary qualification in Psychology and current certification Experience within a disability sector context, working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours Well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills Experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic supports Hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Drivers Licence NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
