About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading the Marketing and Communications, and the Operations teams at NT PHN. This involves improving and growing the organisation’s approach to strategic communications, engagement, media and marketing, and leadership to NT PHN’s operations, facilities and executive administration function.
The role provides engagement and operations advice and support across the business to support broader stakeholder engagement and provides direction and guidance to the Marketing and Communications team, as well as the Operations team and reports to the Executive Manager Corporate Services.
If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to chat:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations or relevant field of study, and significant experience in communication, marketing and media.
* Excellent engagement skills with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external clients, partners and stakeholders.
* Experience in the provision of internal service delivery, and the ability to negotiate and prioritise conflicting deadlines and activities.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder analysis and issues management.
* Well-developed understanding of working in an environment requiring cultural sensitivity.
* Ability to influence change and support the organisation’s capacity building across communication, marketing, media and engagement.
* Leadership skills, with a track record in leading high performing teams that deliver exceptional, client focused results across multiple disciplines.
* Ability to think strategically and find opportunities to create value across the organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise complex workloads while working autonomously.
* Demonstrated experience in developing business systems such as CRM, corporate intranets and information management technology.
