The Company:We are collaborating with our logistics client, who is seeking a Banking Support Analyst to join their team as an individual contributor on an initial 6-month contract, with potential extensions for long-term engagement.A talented banking support analyst who understands the banking & eft payments landscape and is well equipped to contribute to ongoing development and support of business banking and payment applications. Supports the integration, deployment and operational delivery of the Banking and Payment services within the Retail Network.Major AccountabilitiesTroubleshoot and support banking / eft payments processMaintains vendor relationships to ensure 3rd party support is effective within the payment and banking environmentAssists with PCI-DSS yearly auditIdentifies key issues and risk elements and escalates promptly.Supports the planning and delivers deployments, maintenance releases and all major product enhancement releases to retail pinpads.Provides assistance and support to testing activities (e.g. System, Integration and User Acceptance).Creates and updates application documentation so that support can be efficiently performed and the impact of future change requests can be assessed.Qualifications:Industry and Function2-3 years’ experience working with pin-pads and/or POS system2-3 years’ experience working with payment switch/gateway2-3 years’ experience dealing with vendors
