You'll leverage data and analytics to understand customer behaviour, identify opportunities, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Analysis and Optimisation: Analyse customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Data Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Westpac's data assets and utilise analytical tools to extract insights and generate actionable recommendations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, providing expert guidance and support. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, improve data quality, and streamline analytical processes. Innovation: Explore new data sources and analytical techniques to drive continuous improvement and identify new growth opportunities. Data Skills: Advanced SQL, experience with large-scale RDBMS (Teradata preferred), proficiency in MS Office Suite. Technical Expertise: Experience with campaign management software (Adobe/Teradata), R/Python programming skills highly desirable. Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Banking & Finance industry, experience in Direct Marketing or Lead Management. Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven insights. Business Acumen: Understanding of marketing processes, database marketing principles, and Agile methodologies. Qualifications: Degree in IT, Maths, Statistics, Econometrics, Marketing Information Systems, or Finance. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role.
