The Intrax Housing Division has built its success by inspiring volume builders to confidently build more innovative and affordable homes for Australian families and we have the unique opportunity to join our growing Housing team on full-time permanent basis within our Queensland division as an Sales Engineer reporting to our General Manager.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in building, managing and nurturing our relationships with volume housing builders, ensuring their financial accounts are handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.
In this fast paced and challenging role your days will include:
* Develop strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
* Prepare regular reports on workflow performance and project status for senior management.
* Delivering on departmental/state bottom line as set by State & National Department Managers.
* Build strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new business
* Develop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activities
* Develop, implement and manage a budget that is aligned to company expectations
* billing queries, scheduling, pricing queries and ensure high customer engagement and service meeting client expectations at all times.
* Manage and maintain accounts for volume housing builder clients.
* Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and improve service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Experience in Residential Volume house or residential engineering
* 1+ years of experience in similar role
* Knowledge of the residential design and builders’ construction process
* Ability to work with CRM's to optimise processes and systems
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
