What You'll Do: Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the interview process.
Proactively build a talent pool for phone-based sales staff and other roles.
Implement sourcing strategies using platforms like Seek and LinkedIn.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Track and maintain recruitment metrics to measure success.
About You: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume/internal recruitment function.
