Your words will help shape our brand's voice.Brand Guardianship– Maintain and manage brand assets, ensuring consistency across all materials and touchpoints. If it has our name on it, you’ve had a hand in it.Recruitment Marketing– Help us attract top talent by creating compelling recruitment marketing materials that showcase our strong Employer Brand and EVP.Social Media & Community Engagement– Own and grow our social media presence, engage with our audience, and monitor trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant.Website Management– Keep our website updated and engaging by managing content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and business needs.Internal Communications– Produce and distribute internal newsletters and updates that keep our team informed and inspired.Event Planning & Sponsorships– Assist in planning and executing corporate events, ensuring every detail is covered, from logistics to branding. You’ll also manage merchandise inventory and distribution to support these events.Brand Consistency & Asset Management– Maintain our brand asset library, ensuring all teams have access to up-to-date materials and following brand guidelines across all platforms.Performance & Insights– Generate regular reports on social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and market research, providing insights that drive smarter marketing decisions.Stakeholder & Agency Management– Work closely with various teams, external agencies, and partners to execute brand strategies.
