We are currently seeking an Assistant Regional Manager who is responsible for providing relief for the Facilities Manager while on leave through the efficient delivery of all QSP cleaning and maintenance services, inclusive of Grounds Maintenance Services and any services provided by any subcontractors to the school and facilities within the Queensland Schools Project that the Facility Manager is based at. THE POSITION Support the Regional Manager ensure a smooth and efficient interface between the Services provided by Plenary Schools and the Core Services provided by the State Motivate and manage a team of Facility Supervisors in public school-based sites, driving the quality and efficiency of the facility maintenance works Daily review of data, reporting sites activity Management of client relationships and customer service - drive the performance of the teams and ensure the client expectations are not just meet but exceeded Establishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring HSEQ systems, procedures and legislative requirements are followed THE PERSON Strong team and client management experience Strong computer and experience across all Microsoft programs Demonstrate a safety culture centric attitude Be able and willing to travel throughout the greater Brisbane and Gold Coast regions Happy to step into Facility Manager roles as cover when required Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure Facility & Asset Management experience (desirable) Commitment to continuous improvement Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Have a valid and current driving licence The successful candidate will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, and Blue Card Application.
