The Role:
This newly created, Senior HR leadership role, is a rare opportunity to join a world-class hospitality group at an exciting stage of growth. In this broad, hands-on position, you'll oversee all HR components of a dynamic hospitality company, influencing the strategic direction for HR, people, and culture.
Establish policies, processes, and systems from the ground up. Collaborate with venue management and senior leadership to drive employee development, training, and performance management initiatives. Support the growth and leadership of the HR & Talent Acquisition team. Candidate Profile: 8+ years' experience across senior HR roles, ideally within hospitality Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to contribute to senior-level decision-making In-depth knowledge of employment laws and Work Health Safety standards Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities Capacity to assess and improve processes to achieve optimal business outcomes Salary & Benefits: $160,000 - $180,000 + super + group-wide benefits A chance to establish systems and processes in a high-growth environment Work with some of the industry's most talented and creative professionals ******
