You will support our systems operations through continuous maintenance, triage and resolution or escalation of technical, systems-based process and workflow issues. You will also provide training for new users across systems and support creation of technical documentation and work instructions. It is a versatile role in a supportive team!The role is ongoing and full time, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week based in our East Perth location.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you will bring!To achieve success in this role you will have:Demonstrated experience supporting IT applications and providing support and instruction to end usersKnowledge of cyber security best practice principlesExcellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships and make technical information easy to understandPrevious experience providing end user training across systems and applicationsUnderstanding of data reporting systems and client focused softwareAble to work as part of a team in a supporting roleStrong interest in or passion for innovation, design thinking, technology and exceptional user outcomesRelevant tertiary qualifications in IT or ITIL Certification or experience working in an ITIL based environment would be desirableThe successful candidate must possess working rights, a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Drivers Licence.Impact and benefitsSharing your knowledge skills and experience, you will make an impact to the lives of families and communities across the state.
