As part of our small household model of care, you’ll be part of creating a new way of living for our residents.Your part in our BlueCare teamThe Chef drives the coordination of best practice food services to develop and maintain a high standard of food and presentation services in conjunction with the Hospitality Manager, ensuring that dietary requirements of residents are met.As the Chef, you will:Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements, food safety standards and the Household Model of Care.Support senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation.Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures.We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
