The role: Processing fortnightly payroll for 1000 employees Develop a run-sheet for the payroll process in the new pay system Implement and monitor staff compliance with policies, procedures and programs Back pay calculations Risk management Implement enhancements to streamline payroll processes and increase efficiency Reconcile and remediate any past pay discrepancies Profile: The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as strong communication skills.
