About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join the Operations team as we expand nationwide. This role stems from growth in our team as we look to build out our management team. This is a key role within our Operations team, reporting directly to the General Manager and is responsible for our customer, admin team and contracts team. We are looking for a special person who both understands the importance of the customer experience and can also lead a high performing team successfully.
A background in construction is desirable but excellent candidates without construction experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of customer success professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Oversee and enhance the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through to retention.
* Take ownership of complaints management, quickly resolving issues and implementing preventative measures.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
* Utilise business administration and management expertise to develop and improve processes, aligning them with customer satisfaction goals.
* Analyse customer feedback and performance metrics, providing strategic insights to continuously improve service delivery.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on customer service or customer success.
* Strong skills in complaints management and issue resolution.
* Business administration and management proficiency, with a focus on improving systems and customer experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
