Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing Real Estate Agent Services division.
In this role, you'll lead and develop our sales team, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities, implement effective strategies, and achieve ambitious targets.
If you have a strong background in sales leadership and a results-driven mindset, we'd love to hear from you.Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goalsDevelop and execute sales strategies and tactics to effectively reach and convert potential customersAnalyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to the sales processFoster strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfactionCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and maximise business impactStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales planning QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in sales within a Proptech business that deals with real estate agentsHave at least 3 years in a sales management roleProven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing sales professionalsProficient in using sales CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics to inform decision-makingThorough understanding of the real estate industry and technology landscapeAdaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additional InformationLendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines.
